Pharmaceutical Products Registration Re-engineering at MoHP
Process Mapping and Re-engineering, and Skills Gap Analysis for the Pharmaceutical Products Registration at the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP)
The objectives of this project were to map and analyze the pharmaceutical products registration procedures in the MoHP. Based on the (as-is) processes, the experts would then model and document the re-engineered business processes (recommended "to be").
The project also included a skills gap analysis in order to evaluate the current staff involved in the registration process and to design a new organization structure for the registration department.
